About Chef Charlie

Chef Charlie Brooks is a personal and private chef serving clients in the Denver Area.  Chef Charlie’s culinary career began in New York City fifteen years ago.  After graduating from the Institute of Culinary Education, he worked at some of the city’s top restaurants, including five years at the legendary Gramercy Tavern.  In 2018, Chef Charlie moved to Denver and landed with Frasca Hospitality Group, with whom he opened and ran Sunday Vinyl for over three years.  Chef Charlie has stepped away from restaurants to bring his experience and talents into the home kitchen.
